Open Class Still Exhibits and Open Class Livestock is OPEN to anyone to enter their items! You DO NOT have to live in St. Joseph County, Michigan. It is FREE to enter Still Exhibits!

General Rules – Still Exhibits
Still exhibits will be accepted on Friday, September 12, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

- All exhibitors will enter through FairEntry application. We will be accepting entries starting on June 30, 2025. http://sjcgfair.fairentry.com/
- Still exhibits will be released 10:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on the closing Saturday or Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Free admission to the grounds to pick up exhibits will not be given until 10:00 p.m. on Saturday.
- Premium checks will not be mailed out, please pick them up when you pick up your exhibits.
- NO EXHIBITS WILL BE RELEASED EARLY, UNLESS APPROVED BY EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE.
- All articles not picked up from the fair will be disposed of after.

2025 Fair HAY BALE CONTEST
Rules and Regulations
Fair Dates: September 14-21, 2025
- Open to anyone -groups, clubs, individuals.
- Must submit the entry form at the bottom of this page by September 12, 2025.
- Decorated hay or straw round bales must be brought in and set up on Friday, September 12, 2025 from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 pm.
- Judging: Saturday, September 13, 2025
- Must be removed no later than Tuesday, September 23, 2025
- We will set the bales, you must stabilize to avoid tipping or rolling. Anything deemed unsafe or inappropriate will be removed.
- Entries will be placed throughout the fair at our discretion.
- No lights or illumination.
- Entries cannot be larger than 12 feet wide and 15 feet long.
- Prize money: 1st place -$100; 2nd place -$75; 3rd place -$50; 4th place -$25.
