The St. Joseph County Grange Fair offers a variety of buildings, pavilions, camping areas, and space to rent for your next event!
2025 Off Season Rental Pricing
All Rentals are a 3 ½ day rental, unless stated otherwise or otherwise approved by Fair Management.
Animal Barns # 16-17-18-19-20-21-22-23-24-25-26-27-28:
- $250.00/barn Rental
Building #31 Rental (old livestock arena):

Building #32 Annex:

- $500 additional to reserve for entire week

- $800 Building Rental

Building #52 (1 day only):

Grandstand Rental:
- $5,000 per event**
- Stage includes the infield, tables, chairs, stage & stage bathrooms.
Camping
- $30 per night for all off season camping
- Each space is 36’ x 22.’
- Includes water & electricity.
- Includes dump station.
- Bathroom/showers included.
Additional Services/Fees:
- $100/4 hours for Maintenance Employee
- $30 per hour for St. Joseph County Security (Reserve Officer), min. of 6 hours
- $100 each for Ticket Booth
- $200 each for Porta-John rentals
- $200 for Red Trailer “office” rental
- $10/Dump Station usage
- $250 Bathroom Rental Fee
- $100 per day for food vendors
- Tables $10 each additional at time of event
- Chairs $2 each additional at time of event
Horse Shows:
- $40 per stall per event
- Including tack stalls
- Cleaned after show.
- $80 per stall per event
- Including tack stalls
- Left UN-clean after show.
- $50 each, per day Tractor, water truck, & drag rental.
Outdoor horse arena area
- $700 per Event*
